The brand created under the shelter of the Inditex group has physical stores in various countries.  

Its target audience is young people, and within its categorization it has sections of both feminine, masculine, beauty and accessories.  

The mission that we have is to detect any possible improvements on the website by means of an intensive and experimental analysis through A / B tests and improvement of usability concepts.

Study analytics of the client’s website to obtain qualitative and quantitative data. As well as an analysis with the client to recognize project objectives

Detailed analysis of the client’s e-commerce to identify strengths and weaknesses of the project at a digital level

Experimental development of hypotheses by A / B test and user testing on the app in order to know firsthand how the proposed solutions works and collect more data regarding the project evolution

Experimental approach for solutions to any project is a philosophy at Flat 101. We believe that the data gathered analytically through tests with real users are the most valuable input that we can on websites.

TESTING WHICH OPTION IS BETTER

A / B test implementation involves launching on the website two hypotheses that we believe will have a different outcome in terms of conversion success.

So we can measure without losing customers if a specific change on the web could lead to a conversion improvement in some way; and if so, implementing it permanently.

We believe that the best way to know how users behave to an app or use of a website it is to measure it in a real environment.

A user test allows us to measure conversion times, and areas that are clicked more recurrently on a website or within the same page, and possible difficulties in the customer journey.

We use advanced eye tracking techniques and heat maps to know exactly what users do and measure it in real time.
